Why easy living elevators - I like the product - the builder likes the product - and the client likes the product.  Not very often is it the case to have all 3 parties agree
 
One less argument on a building site where so many other things need attention - is one less thing to worry about.  And at the end of the day - the elevators look the business, they work, and everybody is happy....
 
So I ask myself again - why easy living elevators - the clue is in the name - it is just easy....

Last year on behalf of one of my clients I made enquiries for an elevator from 4 different suppliers in Perth. We reviewed all of the submissions and inspected elevators in display centres as well as previously built homes. I found that the people from Easy Living were very good to deal with. I was shown an elevator that was being installed in a house under construction and was given some very helpful advice which I was able to put to use later. Although my timing for the supply of the elevator was not perfect with help from the Easy Living staff we were able to overcome this at no extra cost to my client. The Domus elevator was installed at Ardross WA. It looks and operates great and most importantly my client is happy with the result.

ANTHONY WALSH was my first contact when I initially showed interest in an elevator. Anthony was very helpful then and has remained just as obliging and helpful every time I have contacted him since then.

SCOTT IRWIN was the electrician/installer and as previously reported he is very capable technically,works hard and efficiently. He is also polite and cleans up every day before leaving.

STEVE SEMKEN was the coordinator and organiser for the staff and the whole construction. He did this well, was always available,polite and helpful. He ensured the whole project went smoothly.

BRET --- was the tester and was not here long but was polite and helpful and fully explained all our queries.

Overall I must say we were extremely impressed with all the staff from Easy Living.

We purchased a lift from Easy Living for our new Bed and Breakfast. The attention to detail prior to even ordering was fantastic, Easy Living ensured everything with the lift shaft was to specs prior to us ordering. The lift was installed and unfortunately we experienced a fault but the after sales service was again fantastic. Despite the fact we live on Phillip Island service calls are no problem and Easy Living work with us to set a mutually agreeable time.  Easy Living were not satisfied with simply repairing the fault on site they removed the cylinder and sent it to an expert who fully checked the component to ensure it was to all manufacturing specifications. A second service call was required a week after the cylinder was replaced to reset the lift settings. I have found the personnel at Easy Living to be honest and true to their word, what they say they will do – they do, and complete the job quickly, efficiently and on time. All this and with a smile and good manners I have no hesitation in recommending Easy Living.

We live in Mildura and had our domestic lift installed around 2.5 years ago. The level of service and the reply to urgent queries ( when people inadvertently got stuck!) has been amazing.  Mildura in 550 kms from Melbourne, but the punctuality of arrival for scheduled maintenance visits, beats anything provided by local tradespeople!
We have been very happy with the lift and the support provided.

“Easy Living” – holding its head up high!  This is the foundation to my experience of Easy Living.  Not really sure of what I would be requiring for the Centre here, I rang and hoped that someone would be able to assist.  Little did I know how important that phone call would be.  Michael Collins turned up and offered me a “tour” of the brochures that may assist in making a choice.  We had explored the building together and what seemed to me to be a difficult time ahead, I found that I could see the “light at the end of the tunnel.”   That there were many possibilities. Easy Living!
 
Well, not quite yet as we are still in the process of completing our home. 
Certainly we had the foresight to order the right lift at the right time and had the right people to give us advice. 
The last week has been an interesting one with Milan and Luke being constantly challenged by our choice of construction material and style of architecture. Daily we checked their progress and our channel of communication kept any issues simple.
With the elevator entry door in the garage and 2 other doors opening onto balconies at the rear, on the opposite side of the elevator, we anticipated some problems. However the boys displayed dedication and professionalism, and what’s more they were always on time, as was the delivery of our lift.
 
This home will be ours to the end of our days so we planned it with style and comfort, and with the kitchen on the top level taking the shopping out of the car and on to the preparation area will be a breeze with our “Easy Living Home Elevator”!
 
We are now in the final stages and can see in our minds the finished project.
 
We are absolutely delighted and look forward to enjoying the rest of our lives in the home we designed and owner-built.

I spoke with Mr Ben Coleman over the telephone on the night of the 15th of July 2011 regarding a problem with my mother's stair lift.  He was extremely polite, helpful and reassuring.  He arrived promptly the next morning to fix the chair lift.  During his visit we found him to be a very efficient technician with well developed customer relationship skills.  He certainly went the extra mile to ensure that the chair was cleaned and the rail greased.
